Though this writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P13 and for consequential orders, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the disputes with reference to the management of the institution has already been settled and therefore there is no legal impediment in the management sending a proposal to appoint the petitioner as Headmistress of Thachinganadam High School with effect from 01/04/2013 on the basis of Ext.P8.
2. Learned counsel for the 1st respondent also submits that he is ready to send such proposal.
3. In the result, this writ petition is disposed of as follows:
The 1st respondent shall send the proposal for appointment of the petitioner as Headmistress in the Thachinganadam High School and the 2nd respondent shall pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
