The petitioner complains of the delay in the disposal of an execution petition, E.P.No.539 of 2012 that was filed on 10.04.2012 before the second respondent. The execution petition was filed for execution of an Award in ARC No.84 of 2010. 2. The Government Pleader on instructions submits that the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Kannur has been authorised to take up the execution proceedings and complete the same expeditiously. He assures that the proceedings would be completed within an outer limit of four months from today, provided the petitioner cooperates. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would cooperate.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, W.P.(C) No.12976 of 2014-V -:2:-
Kannur to take up E.P.No.539 of 2012 and to complete the proceedings, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of four months from today. The petitioner shall also cooperate to ensure that the time limit is adhered to.
