Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed with a pryer to quash the order dated 22.9.2017 by which the discharge application has been rejected by the learned AC.J.M., Court No.1, Mathura as well as order dated 6.1.2018 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Mathura where by charge sheet under Sections 147, 148, 452, 506 IPC, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Mathura.
Prima facie case is made out against the applicant. No interference is warranted at this stage.
The present application is dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
