2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by order dated 08.12.1997 passed by Additional District Judge-II, Aligarh in Session Trial No. 446 of 1994 under Section 311 Cr.P.C. whereby it has rejected the application for recalling and re-examining P.W.1 and P.W.2 in the aforesaid case.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
