Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
"i. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.4 to comply the order dated 04.05.2018 passed by respondent no.4 in Case No.119 of 2017-18, under Rule 109 of U.P. Ch. Rule (Kalindi Vs. Gram Panchayat) village Kandhpur, Pargana Saidpur, District Ghazipur within the stipulated time prescribed by this Hon'ble Court."
Since, a statement has been made by learned Standing Counsel that the application under Rule 109A of the U.P. Consolidation of Holding Rules, shall be decided very soon, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4, the Consolidation Officer, Saidpur, District Ghazipur, to dispose of the pending application under Rule 109 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holding Rules filed by the petitioner positively within a period of 10 days from today.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
