Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only prayer addressed on this petition is for expeditious conclusion of Execution Case No. 4 of 2013 pending before the Court of Civil Judge Fast Tracks Court I (Junior Division) Deoria.
The Court is apprised that the suit itself was decreed after contest in 1980 and that the First Appeal as well as Second Appeal had also been dismissed.
Viewed in that light, it is hereby provided that the Civil Judge concerned shall ensure that execution proceedings are concluded with expedition without grant of any unnecessary adjournments and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. The time frame so fixed is subject of course to its roster and earlier pending cases and provided that there is no other legal impediment.
