JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant has preferred this application for grant of furlough before this Court on the ground that his application for furlough was earlier rejected by the competent authority.
Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the furlough of another co-accused was granted by the jail authorities by imposing suitable conditions and hence, the applicant herein may be granted furlough.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. The applicant is ordered to be released on furlough for a period of fourteen (14) days, from the date of his release, on the same terms and conditions as stipulated in the order dated 17.12.2011 passed by the Administrative Officer, Office of the Inspector General of Jails, Gujarat State, Ahmedabad. The applicant shall surrender before the jail authority immediately after the aforesaid period is over.
Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
