ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 12.06.2013, in WPMP.Nos.12242 and 33411 of 2012 in WP.No.9685 of 2012.
After arguing the case, Sri C.Hanumantha Rao, the learned counsel for the petitioners, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to his clients to issue a legal notice to the respondents calling upon them to prevent the alleged illegal constructions by respondent Nos.7 to 10 in the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Contempt Case in the event the respondents do not act on the legal notice.
The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
