By this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail to attend the marriage of his sister's daughter and brother's son scheduled on 16.4.2012 and 17.4.2012.
From the jail remarks, we find that the applicant convict has enjoyed temporary bail on four occasions in the year 2011 and the last one was in December 2011 itself.
Considering the totality of the fact, discretion does not deserve to be exercised and hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
