Learned advocate Ms.Y.V.Parikh waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent no.1.
The main matter being Special Civil Application No.14682 of 2008 is admitted by this Court vide order dated 22/04/2009.
In present Civil Application, the applicant original respondent has prayed for fixing the main matter for final hearing and early disposal. However, many matters admitted before present petition are still pending for final hearing. Hence, no priority can be given to present writ petition.
Present Civil Application is therefore, dismissed. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.
