JUDGMENT / ORDER

RULE.
Dr. Amee Yajnik, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent Company (in liquidation).
Considering the averments made in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and is hereby allowed. The main matter being Special Civil Application No.29755 of 2007 is fixed for final hearing in the week beginning from 6.8.2012. The learned advocate for the applicant shall serve advance copy of the paper book to the Official Liquidator. Rule is made absolute with no order as to costs.
