Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application in revision is directed against the order dated 08.02.2011 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi by which he has allowed the application filed by the O.P. No. 2 for interim maintenance in Case No. 245 of 2010 (Smt. Usha and another Vs. Kalicharan Shrivas), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Lahchura, District Jhansi.
I have examined the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order as well as the other materials brought on record, I do not find that the order passed by the Court below suffers from any illegality or infirmity warranting any interference by this Court.
The prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
However, considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi shall make every possible endeavour to decide the Case No. 245 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, this application in revision is finally disposed of.
