The learned counsel for the appellant has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
2. The appellant K.Ranganathan and one Palani who is the son of the first respondent Ramasamy Padayatchi is also present. Copy of the deed of compromise was also produced before this Court.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the second appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, the connected applications are also closed.
