The applicant Kali Prasad has approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail with regard to registration of FIR dated 09.05.2006 in Case Crime No. 57-B of 2006 under sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 201, 218, 120-B/34 IPC, Police Station Reoti, District Ballia.
Nothing has been stated as to what has happened after 2006. The applicant has approached this Court at a very belated stage without bringing on record the complete facts.
No anticipatory bail can be granted to the applicant. The application is accordingly rejected.
