This petition has been filed by the petitioner Kali Prasad Prajapati with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for recovering the alleged kidnapped girl Km. Sanju in case crime No. 342 of 2014, under sections 363, 366 IPC, P.S. Jagdishpur, District Amethi.
Considering the submission made by learned A.G.A. that the alleged kidnapped girl has been recovered and this writ petition has become infractuous.
Accordingly it is disposed of.
