The present writ petition has been filed against the orders dated 19.10.2013 and 26.4.2019 passed by the Board of Revenue, Lucknow. The orders have been passed in cases arising out of proceedings registered under Section 34 of the U.P Land Revenue Act, 1901 which are only for mutation in the revenue records and summary proceedings.
The petitioners have a remedy to institute appropriate proceedings for declaration of their rights.
In view of the availability of alternative remedy, it is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition stands dismissed.
