Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the Sub-divisional Magistrate, Kaushambi to decide the case no. 3356 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. T- 202002420303356), under Section 133 Cr.P.C. to decide the same expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states a direction may be issued to the court below to the decide the same expeditiously.
It is directed that court below shall make all endeavour to decide this case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months without permitting undue adjournments to either side, if there is no legal hurdle.
With this direction, this petition is disposed of without issuing any notice to O.P. No.2 as it is an innocuous order. If the O.P. No.2 feels aggrieved, he may approach this Court.
