Heard Sri Sudhakar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A.N. Mulla, learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 3.12.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 915 of 2018, under sections 363, 366 IPC P.S. Tilhar, District Shahjahanpur.
Considering that the victim is not traceable, we do not find any good ground to quash the FIR, the FIR discloses commission of cognizance offences.
The writ petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
