Heard Sri Chandra Shekhar Agnihotri, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Relief claimed in the writ petition is as under :
"i. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the application/representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2019 within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court before 30.06.2019.
ii. To issue any other order of direction which Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
iii. To award the cost of the petition to this petitioner."
The only relief claimed is to decide the petitioner's representation. It is not known whether the representation preferred by the petitioner is a statutory representation.
We, therefore, dismiss the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition seeking proper relief.
