Petitioners have approached this Court to expedite the Computerized Case No. T201914360402610, Ram Charan and another Versus Bhagelu, under section 201 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, pending in the court of second respondent, Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, District Jaunpur.
The writ petition stands disposed of directing the court concerned to expedite the aforesaid case and conclude the same, at the earliest possible, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, by fixing short dates, provided there is no legal impediment.
