Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no order of the Writ Court, however, he insists that the contempt proceedings may be initiated as the opposite party has passed an order that the case of the applicant for regularization would be considered after withdrawing the writ petition.
The instant petition being misconceived, is accordingly, dismissed.
It is open for the applicant to take an appropriate remedy in the pending writ petition.
