JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The applicant is the eighth respondent in the writ petition. The review is sought on the ground that the original petitioner is the father of a person who had filed an earlier petition, which was dismissed. The order of which review is sought records that the eighth respondent, after obtaining de-sealing order to carry out rectification within the stipulated time, had overreached the directions of the Court to utilise the same for construction and occupation.
2. We had clearly opined in the order that it can be re-verified that if the rectification had not been carried out for which permission has been sought by the eighth respondent, then action for demolition should take place.
3. We, thus, find no error apparent on the face of the record.
4. Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
