Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, leaned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alia with prayer to issue a mandamus directing the respondents to make payment of gratuity and other post retiral benefits, pertaining to the husband of the petitioner, forthwith.
In the aforesaid circumstances, this petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to move a fresh representation relating to all her grievances within three weeks from today before the Collector, Basti (respondent no.2), who shall decide such representation by means of appropriate order, within a period of three months.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
