The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Court of Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Jaunpur to decide Original Suit No. 7 of 2013 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that the case had been adjourned on numerous dates on account of lawyer's non-cooperation.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage.
However, it is observed that the court concerned may proceed with the matter, in accordance with law, even if the lawyers are on strike.
