Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed that the court below be directed to decide the Case No. 419 of 2017 (Kalawati Devi Vs. Anita Devi and others) under Section 120-B, 204 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Khutahan, District-Jaunpur.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned complaint case with all expedition without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates.
With the aforesaid observations, the present application is finally disposed of.
