The solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his mutation application registered as case no. 460, filed under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Kalawati Devi Vs. Ram Sumer), has remained pending before the respondent no. 2 since 10.10.2012.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending or calling for a counter affidavit.
Without entering into merits of this case, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner files a copy of this order before the respondent no. 2, the said authority shall proceed to decide the mutation application pending before him since 10.10.2012 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him, provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and shall cooperate.
