The grievance of the petitioner is that Nagar Panchayat, Saidpur, Ghazipur has proceeded to invite tender for certain construction works in respect of piece of land over which the petitioner claims right. Accordingly, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the notice by which tender has been invited.
It appears from the record that seeking injunction against the Nagar Panchayat, Saidpur, Ghazipur earlier also the petitioner had filed Writ-C No.7875 of 2011 in which notices were issued to the other side fixing a date.
The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said writ petition is pending.
In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to move an application in the pending writ petition.
