ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that even though the stay application filed by him before respondent No.1 in the revision petition dated 14.12.2013 filed against ejectment order is pending and no order has been passed thereon, respondent No.4 is seeking to evict him from the land in question.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare representing the respondents, I am of the opinion that interests of justice would be met if respondent No.1 is directed to dispose of the revision petition in a time-bound manner and respondent No.4 is directed not to interfere with the petitioner’s possession of the property comprising Ac.6-34 cents of land in Sy.No.82 of Molleru Village, Gangavaram Mandal, East Godavari District, till disposal of the revision petition.
Accordingly, respondent No.1 is directed to dispose of the revision petition within two months from the date of receipt of this order, after giving notice to the petitioner. Respondent No.4 is restrained from dispossessing the petitioner from the above-mentioned property till disposal of the revision petition by respondent No.1.
Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.794 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
