(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) It appears that earlier vide order dated 19.10.2010 in Criminal Misc. Application No.12305/10, this Court had directed the office to expedite the preparation of the paper book and complete the same within a period of six months and the matter be listed for final hearing within two months thereafter. However, no report is produced with this matter showing that the paper book is prepared so far.
Hence, the present application is disposed of with the direction that the paper book if not prepared shall be prepared expeditiously by the office within a period of three months and the matter shall be listed within one month thereafter. It is also directed that if the paper book is not prepared within one month, the office shall place this matter once again for further appropriate orders.
In view of the aforesaid further direction for regular bail does not deserve to be granted.
Disposed of accordingly.
