Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/ contemner submits that already a letter has been given to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dated 14.2.2016 requesting to list W.A.S.R.No.73193 of 2016 for withdrawal. This letter has been given to the Registry in S.R.No. 1690.

2. In view of the action initiated by the contemner, this Court, though was convinced to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent, does not propose to do so.
