Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Shashi Shekhar Misra, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and learned Standing Counsel.
This petition has been filed for the following reliefs:
" (i) to Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to protect the property of the Ashram and no coercive action may be taken against the petitioner and the respondents may be directed not to demolish /eject /grab the property of the petitioner without giving any notice or opportunity of hearing."
From perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner has not disclosed the name of the person who is causing interference in the peaceful possession of the property of the petitioner in question and even that person has not been impleaded in the writ petition.
In view of the above, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may take proceedings before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
