ORDER :
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for respondents.
2. Petitioner contends that his father was selected for subsidy on 10.2.2004 but the same was not released. Aggrieved by non payment of subsidy amount by the Marine Products Export Development Authority/2nd respondent, petitioner claims to have filed appeal before the Secretary, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Union of India, New Delhi/first respondent, but so far the same is not disposed of.
3. Having regard to the said submission the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the appeal dated 28.5.2013 and pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Having regard to the same, all miscellaneous petitions are closed.
