COMMON ORDER:
Though the petitioners are different in all these writ petitions, since common question is involved, all the writ petitions are heard and being disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties.
2. In all these writ petitions, the petitioners, who are purchasers of different extents of land through open auction conducted by the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Central Bank Limited, are aggrieved by the inaction of the third respondent in issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds, as sought for by the petitioners. Petitioners in WP.Nos.19388, 23333 and 23337 of 2014 state that they submitted their applications in Form VI-A together with requisite fee at Mee-Seva Centres on 09.04.2014 and petitioners in WP.Nos.23611 and 23615 of 2014 state that they submitted their applications in Form VI-A together with requisite fee at Mee-Seva Centres on 08.05.2014 and the receipts of payment of fee are produced along with the writ petitions. Petitioners also rely upon copies of sale certificates issued in their favour under the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act by the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
3. Though the writ petitions were adjourned to enable the learned Assistant Government Pleader to get instructions, he has not received any instructions so far and seeks further time.
4. However, keeping in view the scope of the writ petitions, being limited, it is just and necessary to direct the Tahsildar to consider the request of the petitioners for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds by taking into account the documents produced by the petitioners, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
