THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT APPEAL No. 1237 of 2014 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned counsel for the appellant, after arguing the matter for sometime, submits that in this case it will be proper if the writ petition is heard out expeditiously by the learned Single Judge.
Taking note of the above submission, we request the learned Trial Judge to hear out the writ petition within a period of two months from the date of producing the copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment even if no counter affidavit is filed by the defending party. All points are kept open to be decided at the time of final hearing of the writ petition.
The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
