Vires of the statutory provision has been impugned in the present writ petition. Under the rules of the court as well as under the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure, it is mandatory to serve a notice on the learned Advocate General.
Accordingly, let a notice be issued to learned Advocate General returnable at an early date.
