Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant habeas corpus petition and since he has received information that the corpus Km. Kajal aged about 20 years is under illegal detention of respondent no. 5 he shall move an application u/s 98 of Code of Criminal Procedure before the appropriate authority for recovery of the corpus.
The instant habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner may approach again after seeking appropriate remedy as provided u/s 98 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
