Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to provide the adequate safety and security to the petitioners against the illegal interference of the respondent no. 4 & 5 and their associates in the peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioners.
2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to restrain the respondent no. 4 & 5 and their associates for illegal interference in the peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioners.
3. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 4 & 5 and their associates not to interfere in peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioners."
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
