Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice for the respondents no. 1 and 2.
Issue notice to the respondent no. 3 fixing a date immediately after one month.
All the respondents may file counter affidavit by the next date.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and on perusal of the FIR as well as keeping in view that the petitioner is an unmarried young girl, it is provided that investigation may be continued but the petitioner may not be arrested in case crime no. 258 of 2010 under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 Dowry of Prohibition Act, Police Station Ghorawal, District Sonebhadra till the next date of listing or till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., whichever is earlier. However, it is provided that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and shall appear as and when called upon to assist in the investigation.
