JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. By way of this application, the applicants herein claimed that they are the owners of the property being Unit No.12, 7th floor, 'B' Wing, Maradia Plaza situated at C.G. Road, Ellis Bridge, Ahmedabad.
2. It is the case of the applicants that they are the owners and occupiers of the said property and have relied upon share certificate issued by the association i.e. Jayshree Laxmi Shops and Office Owners Association. The applicants have also relied upon documents such as certificate dated 08.04.1995, issued by the said association as well as receipts of payment of house tax to the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation dated 22.04.2010 and 21.04.2011 as well as receipt dated 16.08.2010 issued by Maradia Plaza Office Owners Association which, according to Mr.Puj, learned counsel appearing for the applicants, is the association keeping maintenance of the building where, the property in question is situated.
3. Ms.Amee Yajnik, learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator has filed report wherein, in paragraph No.6, it is stated that the applicants have claimed ownership of the property in question on the basis of the aforesaid certificates and further pointed out that the same requires verification of the title or ownership of the property in question by solicitor.
4. Heard Mr.Puj, learned counsel for the applicants as well as Ms.Yajnik, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator.
5. Considering the documents in support of the judges summons, it appears that three different entities have issued certificates and as rightly pointed out by the Official Liquidator, those documents, upon which the applicants claims ownership of the property in question, requires verification and examination by the competent person.
6. Hence, the Official Liquidator is hereby directed to verify the documents placed on record by the applicants and produce on record the certificate of the solicitor as regards title and ownership of the property in question. The applicants are hereby permitted to produce any further documents with the Official Liquidator within a period of one week.
7. The report, as aforesaid, shall be submitted before this Court on or before 18.06.2012. S.O. to 18.06.2012.
