JUDGMENT / ORDER

Present application is filed by mother of the convict making following reliefs:
"[A] Your Lordships may be pleased to admit and allow the present petition;
[B] Your Lordships will be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondent No.2 & 3 to consider and decide the Application of the Petitioner dated 26.3.2011 [Annexure - A] expeditiously in time-bound period, and further be pleased to pass appropriate writ or order releasing the Petitioner on long parole till the Application dated 26.3.2011 is decided by the Respondent No.2 & 3.
[C] Pending hearing and final disposal of the present petition Your Lordships will be pleased to pass order releasing the Petitioner on long parole;"
2. As recorded in Special Criminal Application No.1507 of 2012, the Home Department, Government of Gujarat has already passed an order dated 10/05/2012, which is received by the Central Jail on 15/05/2012, a copy of which is produced before this Court in Special Criminal Application No.1507 of 2012, is also taken on record in this case. Learned APP to supply a xerox copy of the said order to the learned Advocate for the petitioner.
3. In view of that order, grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
