Heard Mr. Joshi, learned advocate for the petitioner. In present petition, the communication/letter dated 13.9.2011 is brought under challenge. Mr. Joshi has submitted that the aid direction is contrary to the decision recorded in the order dated 2.2.2007 and that therefore, the petitioner is now constrained to challenge the decision dated 2.2.2007 as well.
Notice returnable on 29.6.2012.
Direct service is permitted.
The petitioner shall effect the notice latest by 4.5.2012.
The respondents shall file reply affidavit on or before 11.5.2012.
The respondents shall also take note of the fact that if time permits, the petition will be taken up for final hearing on the returnable date.
