Kailashbha vs State

In view of the order dated passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application Nos. 2389 of 2012 and 16546 of 2011, learned advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw both these petitions, at this stage.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

Both the petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn.

Notice issued in Special Criminal Application No.3230 of 2011 is discharged. Ad-interim relief granted earlier stands vacated forthwith.
