Prayer made by the petitioner in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to direct the respondent No.4 to register FIR against respondents Nos.2 and 3 herein and to hand over the vacant and peaceful possession of the property in question to the petitioner, cannot be granted.

Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

Notice is discharged.

However, it will be open for the petitioner to pursue remedy available under the law.
