Office note indicates that Mr. A.R. Gupta, learned advocate for the applicants in this group of matters has expressed his desire to resign as is indicative from the letter dated Nil.4.2012 received by the registry of this Court on 27.4.2012. It also further transpires that learned advocate Mr. A.R. Gupta has also addressed a letter intimating the applicants of the said fact which has been received by the applicants. Hence, NOTICE to the applicants returnable on 25.6.2012, the date on which this group of matters are fixed as per the earlier order dated 30.4.2012. Office note stands disposed of accordingly.
