(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the marriage of his real younger sister.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, the learned APP has stated, based on the report of the Police Inspector, Malviya Nagar Police Station, that the ground is not genuine, since the marriage of Chaya, sister of the convict has already taken place long back.
Under these circumstances, as the ground is not genuine, the application cannot be granted. Therefore, dismissed. Rule discharged.
