Petitioner stood first in the Sub District Level Kalolsavam in Bharatanatyam. The registration for the District Level Kalolsavam has to be done online. Petitioner's name was not included in the District Level for the reason that petitioner was not considered in the school level and petitioner only allotted to take part in the Sub District Level based on an order passed by the appellate authority. Therefore there is no corresponding entry in the computer to allow the petitioner to take part in the District Level Kalolsavam.
2. Considering the fact that petitioner has stood as first in the Sub District Level, I am of the view, petitioner shall be permitted to take part in the Thiruvananthapuram District School Kalolsavam 2014-2015 in Bharatanatyam.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
