The petitioner aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation for transportation of clay from his paddy field to his brick manufacturing unit.

2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P3 representation within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
