Heard Sri Ram Bachan Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on the record.
Instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to direct respondent no.2 to decide Case No.T201915510402753 (Kailash Yadav Versus Sukhram) under Section 133 of Cr.P.C.,pending before Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil, Mohammadabad Gohna, District Mau within stipulated period as fixed by this Court.
It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that the proceeding under Section 133 Cr.P.C. between the applicant and opposite party no.3 is pending since March, 2019. Therefore,the respondent no.2 may be directed to expedite and decide the same within a stipulated period.
In the light of aforesaid, respondent no.2 is directed to expedite the proceedings of aforesaid case and conclude the same in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With the above direction, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed off.
