Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ravi Pratap Singh Yadav for the informant, Sri I.P. Srivastava, the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 154 of 2019, under Sections 323, 308, 506, 304 I.P.C., Police Station Hafizpur, District- Hapur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.
For the purposes of evaluating the prayer for bail, the Court takes into account the nature of injuries which were inflicted upon the deceased as well as the fact that the applicant and others entered the house of the deceased without any provocation. Bearing in mind the aforesaid facts, the Court finds no ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
The Bail Application is consequently dismissed.
