Present revision is filed by the revisionist for setting aside the impugned Judgment and order dated 24-11-2018 passed by II- Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Banda on discharge application in Sessions Trial No. 127 of 2017(State of U.P. Versus Arun and Another) in Case Crime No. 329 of 2017, under sections 306,504,354 I.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District-Banda, by which he rejected the discharge application of the revisionist.
No case for interference by this court is made out. The revision is dismissed.
